  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • dash of salt
  • 1 1/4 c. milk

Directions

    Shred the cabbage and cook until tender; drain.

    Make white sauce.

    Cook on low heat until thick.

    In casserole dish, layer cabbage, cracker crumbs and sauce until all is used.

    Top with grated cheese. Bake 25 minutes in a 350° oven.
