- 3 Tbsp. flour
- dash of salt
- 1 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Shred the cabbage and cook until tender; drain.

2Make white sauce.

3Cook on low heat until thick.

4In casserole dish, layer cabbage, cracker crumbs and sauce until all is used.

5Top with grated cheese. Bake 25 minutes in a 350° oven.
