- 1 head cabbage
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stack Ritz crackers
Directions

1Steam cabbage until tender; drain.

2Put into casserole dish a layer of cabbage, a layer of cracker crumbs and a layer of cheese. Keep layering until all ingredients are used up.

3Pour cream of mushroom soup over top.

4Cover with grated cheese and cover with crushed cracker crumbs.

5Bake until light brown or until cheese melts and dish is hot.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
