Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown ground chuck with chopped onion.

    Drain and rinse off. Cover bottom of pan with spray.

    Then place chopped cabbage in bottom of pan.

    Salt and pepper cabbage.

    Top with browned ground chuck and onions.

    Add another layer of cabbage.

    Top with can of tomato soup mixed with 1/2 cup of water.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Great with mashed potatoes.
