- 1 small cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. Italian/Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Spread chopped cabbage in 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Brown meat and onion.

3Stir in rice over chopped cabbage.

4Add meat and onion. Heat tomato soup and water to boiling.

5Pour over cabbage and meat.

6Sprinkle with cheese.

7Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven at 350° for one

8hour.
