- 1 medium head cabbage
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Chop cabbage into medium size pieces and boil in salted water for 5 minutes.

2Drain well.

3Mix butter, flour and milk until smooth.

4Add cheese and cook until thick and cheese is melted. Layer cabbage and cheese sauce in a baking dish.

5End with cheese sauce.

6Top with buttered bread crumbs.

7Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
