  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tsp. oleo
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • small amount mustard
  • 1 1/3 c. milk
  • cheese
  • bread crumbs

Directions

    Cook cabbage and onion together; drain.

    In a skillet, mix oleo, flour, salt, pepper and mustard.

    When thick, add milk and cheese.

    Alternate cabbage and sauce in casserole.

    End with bread crumbs on top.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
