  • 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 1/2 lb. browned ground beef, drained
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice

Directions

    Place shredded cabbage into a greased roasting pan.

    Add browned ground beef, onion, garlic and rice.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour 1 can of tomato soup plus 1 can of water over the casserole.

    Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
