  • 5 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Melt margarine in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

    Pour melted margarine in mixing bowl.

    Mix soup, milk and mayonnaise.

    Put a layer of crushed cornflakes in baking dish.

    Spread cabbage on top of cornflakes.

    Add melted margarine to soup, milk and mayonnaise mixture.

    Mix well and pour over cabbage.

    Sprinkle a layer of grated cheese on top of cabbage mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes, uncovered.
