Cabbage Casserole

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 1/2 c. crushed cereal
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Shred cabbage and cook about 5 minutes, drain and set aside. Mix milk, mayonnaise, soup, cheddar cheese, add salt and pepper, pour over cabbage.

    Mix stick margarine and crushed cornflakes. Put half on bottom of pan, then other half on top.

    Bake 350 for 25 minutes.
