  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 10 3/4 ounces cream of potato soup
  • 2 cups cabbage coarsely chopped
  • carrots 1 med., coarsely grated, 1/2 c.
  • 1 cup swiss cheese shredded process, 4 oz.
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds

Directions

    In a saucepan stir milk into soup.

    Cook and stir until bubbly.

    Stir in cabbage and carrot.
  4. 4
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until cabbage is done.

    Stir in cheese, caraway and pepper.

    Heat and stir until cheese melts.
