- 1 quart cabbage shredded
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons fat melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
Directions

1Add cabbage to milk and simmer for 2 minutes.

2Mix flour and fat and add a little of the hot milk.
