- 1 head cabbage, chopped and cooked
- 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. mustard
Directions

1In heavy skillet, cook bacon, bell pepper and onion until bacon is crisp.

2Add tomato sauce, honey, seasoning and mustard. Simmer slowly for 10 minutes.

3Add cabbage; simmer 15 minutes longer.
