Cabbage (Ho Baechu) Recipe

- 6 x Chinese cabbage leaves
- 1 x garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 dsh cayenne pepper
- 1 dsh freshly-grnd black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. meat sauce (chang)
Directions

1Shred the cabbage into thin strips and steam till just tender.

2After cooking, there should be 2 c. of cabbage remaining.

3Crush the garlic, then add in it, the sesame oil, sesame seeds, the cayenne and black pepper to the cabbage.

4Add in the meat sauce.

5Cook over a high flame for 2 min to blend the flavors.

6This recipe yields 4 servings.
