Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. deer meat
  • 5 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 (43 oz.), 1 (28 oz.) and 1 (15 oz.) canned tomatoes
  • 2 beef bouillon, dissolved in 6 oz. water
  • 15 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 medium cabbage, sliced
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. mild taco sauce
  • 3 big onions
  • 2 cans kidney beans

Directions

    Brown meat, celery and onions in oil.

    Add rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.

    Lower heat to simmer and cook for 2 hours.
