Cabbage Ramen Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head Napa Cabbage
  • 6 stalks Green Onions
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1/2 bottle Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Olive or peanut oil
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

    Mix last 4 ingredients together and boil for 2 minutes

    Set aside and let cool. Can be done overnight.

    Break up noodles, mix with seasoning, almonds and sesame seeds

    Place on cookie sheet with sides and toast for 10 minutes in 350F

    Thinly slice green onions and cabbage (or shred cabbage) and toss together
