  • 10- 3/4 ounces, fluid Can Of Tomato Soup
  • 2 cans (5 1/2 Oz. Can) Tomato Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Vinegar
  • 2- 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1- 1/2 cup Minute Rice Or Oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 whole Cabbage Head, Cut Into Wide Strips

Directions

    Mix the tomato soup, tomato juice, brown sugar, and vinegar for the sauce.

    Combine ground beef, Minute Rice, seasonings, eggs and milk.

    Layer in a large glass dish the cabbage strips and meat mixture in multiple layers until the meat mixture is used up.

    Top with the sauce.

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350F for 2 hours.
