- 10- 3/4 ounces, fluid Can Of Tomato Soup
- 2 cans (5 1/2 Oz. Can) Tomato Juice
- 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 2- 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1- 1/2 cup Minute Rice Or Oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 whole Cabbage Head, Cut Into Wide Strips
Directions

1Mix the tomato soup, tomato juice, brown sugar, and vinegar for the sauce.

2Combine ground beef, Minute Rice, seasonings, eggs and milk.

3Layer in a large glass dish the cabbage strips and meat mixture in multiple layers until the meat mixture is used up.

4Top with the sauce.

5Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350F for 2 hours.
