Cabbage Roll Casserole

- 1 cabbage, cut in eighths
- 2 slices bacon, cut in pieces
- 1 sm. onion, finely chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 cans (10 oz. each) bisque of tomato soup
- Salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook cabbage, cool, remove cores.

2In medium fry pan, cook bacon and onion until onions tranparent, add ground beef; cook until meat is no longer pink, add cooked rice, salt and pepper; mix well.

3In large greased casserole dish, layer cabbage leavels and beef mixture, using three of cabbage and 2 of beef.

4Pour soup over, covering leaves, cover.

5Bake at 375F for 1 - 1 1/2 hour, uncovering for last 20 minutes.
