- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion
- 1 large can sauerkraut
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup
- 3 (15 oz.) crushed tomatoes
- 1 large head cabbage
- salt
- pepper
- sour cream (optional)
Directions

1In a medium-size pot, cut up head of cabbage and boil until it is softened.

2In a large pot, brown ground beef, eggs and onion together.

3Then add sauerkraut, tomato soup, crushed tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.

4Simmer until onion is softened.

5Add drained, already-cooked cabbage.

6Then simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.

7Serve with sour cream to taste.
