  • 8 large cabbage leaves (from a medium-size head)
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 c.)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can condensed beef broth
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
