- 1 head cabbage
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Core cabbage and cook 7 minutes in boiling water.

2Drain, cool and remove 12 larger leaves.

3Cook meat, onions and peppers in oil until meat is brown.

4Add crumbs, chili sauce and seasoning; mix well.

5Put an equal amount on each cabbage leaf, roll up and secure with toothpick.

6Put in large baking pan, pour in tomato sauce and dot with butter.

7Cover and simmer 1 hour.

8Remove rolls to platter.

9Stir sour cream into sauce in skillet and serve with rolls.
