- cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1 can water
Directions

1Wilt cabbage leaves in boiling water.

2Mix next 6 ingredients thoroughly and form into rolls.

3(Green pepper may be added if you wish.)

4Roll a cabbage leaf around each roll and secure with toothpicks.

5Cook cabbage rolls in can of cream of tomato soup to which 1 can water has been added.

6Cook until hamburger is done and cabbage leaves are tender.
