- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic (powder or minced)
- 1 tall can tomato juice
Directions

1Cook the rice and allow to cool.

2Mix with the ingredients except for the tomato juice.

3Core the cabbage, pour boiling water over cabbage to loosen the leaves.

4Put about one handful of meat mixture in each leaf and fold over and place, fold side down, in large pan.

5Pour tomato juice over the cabbage rolls and cook for 1 hour on top of stove with a lid on.

6May require a little longer cooking time.
