- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 2 onions, chopped or sliced
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- juice of 2 lemons or juice of 1 lemon plus 1 can tomatoes
Directions

1Core head of cabbage.

2Place into pot of boiling water.

3As leaves wilt, remove them.

4You may wish to slice down heavier leaf spines.

5Cook rice in 1 cup of water and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
