- 1 1/2 lb. ground pork or ground ham
- 1 onion, chopped and sauteed in oil
- 1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, rinsed
- cabbage
- red pepper powder
- salt and black pepper
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
Directions

1In a large pot, boil water.

2Place head of cleaned cabbage in water until cabbage leaves are soft and wilted.

3Remove from water and cool; separate leaves.

4Place 2 tablespoons of meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf.

5Roll cabbage around meat mixture.
