- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 lb. sausage
- 1 chopped onion
- 3/4 c. uncooked rice
- cabbage
- 2 qt. tomato juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 4 medium pork chops
Directions

1Boil cabbage for 5 minutes. Drain.

2Mix ground beef, sausage, onion and rice.

3Make into balls and wrap with cabbage leaves. Hold together with toothpicks.

4Make a broth of tomato juice, sugar and vinegar.

5Put pork chops in broth, bring to boil.

6Drop cabbage rolls into broth.

7Simmer for 3 to 4 hours.
