  • 1 green cabbage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Remove 10 large outer leaves of cabbage; cook in boiling water for 5 to 8 minutes, until just tender.

    Drain and set aside. Reserve remaining cabbage for other uses.
