- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 2 cans tomato paste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Prepare cabbage leaves by removing core and dipping cabbage in boiling water.

3Remove leaves and drain on towel.

4Roll 2 tablespoons of mixture in cabbage leaves.

5Place in large baking dish.

6Pour 1 large can of tomato sauce and 1 large can of water over rolls.

7Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper and 3 tablespoons sugar.

8Bake rolls covered about 50 minutes.
