- 1 lb. chopped beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 1 egg
- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves.

2Let stand for 5 minutes.

3Season meat; add onion, rice and egg.

4Roll a portion of filling into each leaf; fasten ends with toothpicks.

5Place the cabbage rolls in the pressure cooker.

6Pour tomato soup and water over rolls.

7Cover, set control and cook 8 minutes after pressure is reached.

8Let pressure go down normally.
