- 1/3 lb. ground sausage
- 1 peeled chopped onion
- 1/2 chopped green pepper
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 2 Tbsp. dry white wine
- 1 tsp. brown mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 softened cabbage leaves
Directions

1Mix all, except cabbage leaves.

2Roll mixture into softened cabbage leaves.

3(Soak leaves 2 to 5 minutes in boiling water.) Fasten with toothpicks.

4Wrap in foil and cook over coals until tender, about one hour.
