- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground sausage
- 1 c. rice
- 16 oz. can tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- salt
- pepper
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
Directions

1Boil cabbage leaves until tender.

2Mix tomatoes, onions, sauce, paste, salt and pepper.

3Remove 2 cups.

4Mix ground beef, ground sausage and rice into sauce.

5Fill cabbage leaf with meat mixture; roll cabbage around meat.

6Place in Dutch oven.

7Pour 2 cups sauce mix over cabbage rolls.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
