- 16 large cabbage leaves
- 2 lb. chopped beef
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves.

2Let stand 5 minutes; drain.

3Season meat.

4Add onion, rice and eggs.

5Roll a portion of filling into each leaf.

6Fasten ends with toothpicks.

7Place rolls in pressure cooker. Pour soup and water over rolls.

8Cover; let pressure build and cook for 8 minutes.

9Reduce pressure normally. Serves 8.
