- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 c. diced tomatoes or tomato soup
Directions

1Combine ground chuck, rice, onion, salt, pepper and egg; mix well.

2Roll in cabbage leaves that have been dropped into boiling water for two minutes and drained.

3Cover with diced tomatoes and juice or tomato soup.

4Bake in 400° oven for 1 hour.
