- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 can tomato puree
- 1 medium can sauerkraut
- pinch of garlic
Directions

1Mix together meat, spices, rice and egg.

2Shape into 2 ounce balls.

3Soften cabbage in hot water.

4Roll each ball in 1 cabbage leaf.

5Layer cabbage rolls and sauerkraut.

6Pour tomato puree over rolls.

7Add water or sauerkraut juice to 1-inch deep.

8Cover and bake at 350° for at least 1 1/2 hours.
