  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 Tbsp. sage
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
  • 1/2 c. mango
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Blend all together and make into balls.

    Boil cabbage in boiling water, then drain.

    Wrap balls into cabbage and place into deep pan with lid.

    Pour can of tomato juice over them.

    Add sauerkraut.

    Bake until juice thickens.

    Bake at 350° for about 2 hours.
