- 1 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 Tbsp. sage
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1/2 c. mango
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Blend all together and make into balls.

2Boil cabbage in boiling water, then drain.

3Wrap balls into cabbage and place into deep pan with lid.

4Pour can of tomato juice over them.

5Add sauerkraut.

6Bake until juice thickens.

7Bake at 350° for about 2 hours.
