- 1/2 lb. ground fresh pork
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 large can V-8 juice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 leafy green cabbage
Directions

1Cook rice and set aside.

2Core and parboil cabbage.

3Mix meat, onion and rice with salt and pepper to taste.

4Place portions of meat mixture on cabbage leaves and roll.

5Line roaster pan with cabbage leaves; stack rolls.

6Mix soup and juice together and pour over rolls.

7Top with cabbage leaves.

8Cover roaster with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

9Remove foil for last 1/2 hour.

10Leftovers may be frozen and reheated in microwave.
