- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 Tbsp. uncooked rice
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- ground pepper
- 12 large cabbage leaves
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 pkg. Sweet-one
- 4 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients and divide into 12 equal parts. Drop cabbage leaves in boiling water until pliable.

2Drain and dry on paper towels. Wrap meat mixture in cabbage leaves and secure with toothpicks.

3Combine sauce, vinegar, salt and Sweet-one.

4Pour over cabbage rolls.

5Bake covered at 325° for 3 hours.

6Baste occasionally during baking.

7This makes 6 servings.
