- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 10 1/2 oz. tomato soup
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Boil in hot water cabbage leaves and drain.

2Mix ground beef, salt, onion, rice and egg altogether just like you would meat loaf. Roll a portion of filling into a cabbage leaf and toothpick shut. Place in a square pan.

3After filling all cabbage leaves and placing them in a pan, pour can of tomato soup over rolls plus 3/4 cup water.

4Cover with foil and bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350°.
