- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 large head cabbage
- 1 c. uncooked rice or Minute rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion (large), diced
- 1 green pepper (large), diced
- 2 to 3 c. homemade or store bought spaghetti sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder (optional)
Directions

1In a separate bowl, combine hamburger, rice, eggs, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

2Mix well.

3Separate leaves (using large leaves only) and parboil for about 5 minutes. Making individually, put about 2 tablespoons of hamburger mixture in the center of each leaf, roll up tightly, and secure with a toothpick.
