- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. rice, uncooked
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. sauce
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions

1Mix together ground chuck, garlic powder, salt, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, rice, pepper and 1/2 cup sauce.

2Cook cabbage until tender.

3Cut off leaves; mix filling ingredients and roll in fist size balls.

4Wrap each ball in cabbage leaf.

5Place in casserole and cover with tomato sauce.

6Bake at 325° for 2 hours.
