- 2/3 c. cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cabbage head
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except cabbage and tomato soup; set aside. Boil head of cabbage in salted water 5 to 7 minutes.

2Separate leaves remove heavy vein from each leaf.

3Fold leaf around 2 tablespoon meat filling.

4Place in greased casserole.

5Cover with undiluted tomato soup and bake in 350° oven 1 1/4 hours.

6Makes 12 rolls.

7Can be cooked in pressure cooker on 15 pounds for 10 minutes.
