  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 or 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
  • 1/2 head cabbage

Directions

    Combine the first six ingredients.

    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it starts to thicken.

    Remove from heat and add butter or oleo.

    Pour over cabbage which has been finely shredded.

    Mix well.
