Cabbage Salad

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 8 green onions
  • 1 to 2 packets Ramen noodles
  • 1/2 to 1 c. almonds
  • 1/2 c. sesame seed

Directions

    Shred cabbage, slice onions and crush noodles.

    (Do not use soup seasoning of Ramen noodles.)

    Combine.

    Toast 1/2 to 1 cup almonds, then add 1/2 cup sesame seed.

    Add to cabbage mixture. Sesame seed will toast quickly.
