- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. Mazola oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Layer the cabbage, green pepper and onion. Add the sugar and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

2Bring to a boil the oil and vinegar.

3Pour over the cabbage mix while very hot.

4Let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, then mix. The longer it stands, the more crisp it gets.
