  • 1 cabbage finely chopped
  • 1 quarter red onion finely chopped
  • 1 bundle cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 28 ounce can picked jalapenos
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 4 tomatoes deseeded and chopped (optional)
  • salt to taste
  • vinegar for babies

    1) mix onion cilantro and cabbage

    2) separate jalapeno juice from the jalapenos, save juice

    3) chop jalapenos and add to cabbage mix

    4) pour pickle juice over cabbage and mix
  5. 5
    5) set for 2 hours

    6) add oregano tomatoes and salt and remix.

    7) If needed add half a cup of white vinegar to pickled juice.
