- 2 1/2 lbs green cabbage
- 1 lb sausage, crumbled
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- cracker crumb
Directions

1Shred cabbage & cook 15 minutes in salted water.

2Cook sausage & remove from skillet.

3In same skillet, cook onion until clear.

4Set onion aside & save drippings.

5Beat eggs & add to milk.

6Layer sausage & onions in casserole.

7Repeat layers & pour egg mixture over all.

8Top with crumbs & drizzle with 2-3 tablespoons sausage drippings.

9Cover & cook at 350F for 45 minutes.
