- 4 c. green or red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/4 c. scallions, chopped
- 1/3 c. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 c. almonds, chopped
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- salt to taste
- carrot curls and black olives (for garnish)
Directions

1Combine cabbage, wheat germ, scallions, parsley and almonds. Set aside.

2Mix together yogurt, dill, mustard and salt.

3Pour yogurt mixture over cabbage mixture; toss to mix.

4Pack into a 1-quart mold and refrigerate.

5Unmold onto serving plate.

6Garnish with carrot curls and black olives.
