  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can pimento
