- 2 1/2 lb. cabbage, shredded
- 1 large onion, chopped or sliced
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. cider vinegar (white)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Put cabbage and onion in plastic bowl.

2Put all other ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.

3Pour over cabbage and onion.

4Shake well.

5Refrigerate.

6Take out and shake at least twice a day.

7Keeps at least 10 days.
