  • 2 1/2 lb. cabbage, shredded
  • 1 large onion, chopped or sliced
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. cider vinegar (white)
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil

Directions

    Put cabbage and onion in plastic bowl.

    Put all other ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.

    Pour over cabbage and onion.

    Shake well.

    Refrigerate.

    Take out and shake at least twice a day.

    Keeps at least 10 days.
