- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 medium onion
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 3 ribs celery
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes and 2 cans water
- 1/2 head cabbage cut up course
- 2 carrots sliced or cut up
Directions

1Saute onion and ground beef.

2Pour off fat.

3Drain juice from tomatoes in the pot with the meat and onion.

4Chop whole tomatoes and add.

5Put in water, cubes, beans, celery, seasonings and carrots.

6Add cabbage and bring to boil, then cook on low for an hour or until cabbage is tender.
