- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cans beef or chicken broth
- 4 c. chopped cabbage
- 1 c. chopped potato
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can kidney beans
Directions

1Brown ground beef in vegetable oil.

2Add beef broth, cabbage, potato, onion, tomato sauce, salt and pepper.

3Cook on medium-low for 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.

4Add kidney beans and simmer for 30 minutes.
